Recommendations for lowering my e92?

Looking to lower my car but I'm not very educated on what's best. Was thinking maybe just lowering springs and nothing too aggressive. Kind of just want to fill in the gap. Right now I'm riding on stock 17 inch rims but am looking getting 20's. Any recommendations or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!

i believe if you put 20's on it then you wont want to lower the car otherwise you will be riding the tire.

Do you have the sport package? How much are you looking to lower it? Do you mean springs? Coilovers?

I'm not even sure how to tell if I have a sport package. Could you tell me? I've only had my car for half a year and don't know much about it. LOL I just don't want a wheel gap, but I do plan on buying 20s for it. I was just looking to buy springs instead of coilovers.

Your car has 17's? 18's and 19's are standard on the sport package IIRC. Do you have sport seats?

Drive around with three Tongan or Samoan passengers.

Edit: This will not only lower your car, but it will discourage car jackers at the same time.

IMO you are going to take a very good handling car and in the name of cosmetics make it border on being undriveable.

There's an entire forum section dedicated to Suspension/Brakes/Chassis...see below. Stick with 18's or 19's depending on the road quality of your area. If you want to lower you have 2 options; coilovers or shocks/springs. Just purchasing lowering springs may ruin the ride quality and handling of your car, if you can't afford the complete package, don't do it.

I belive that all E92s have the sport suspension whether they have the sport package or not.
