Hi guys,

An expanding family forces me to sell my beloved coupe. Here are the specs:

- I'm the original owner; I leased the car brand new then decided to keep it
- Space Gray with Black Leather Interior and Brushed Aluminum
- CPO warranty until May 2013
- 6 Speed Manual
- Sport Package
- Premium Package
- Heated Seats; this was a standalone option, so it's not the Cold Weather Package i.e., no headlight washers, ski sack.
- Ipod factory adapter
- Satellite Radio
- Bluetooth
- Logic 7
- 50,800 miles; mostly highway due to my 50 mile roundtrip daily commute
- New rear brake pads at ~45,000 miles
- Front brake pads have ~20,000 miles remaining as per computer
- New spark plugs at 45,000 service as per BMW recommended interval
- All service performed at BMW dealership
- HPFP replaced almost 20,000 miles ago; no issues since. Fires up quickly, even in the cold
- One turbo and wastegate replaced 20,000 miles ago due to wastegate rattle; no issues since.
- Car is garaged at home and at work
- Never tracked, never abused
- Body colored bumper reflectors
- Exterior has a small ding in the rear bumper, another small scrape very low in the front bumper; hardly noticeable but I will provide pics if requested
- Interior is in pristine condition; driver's seat has normal wear; passenger seat was used infrequently; rear seats have seen maybe a dozen uses

I need to sell this quickly or the dealer is getting it! Snow tires and wheels on the car now, but it will come with the stock 18 inch style 189 with runflat Bridgestones that have approximately half tread life remaining.

BMW Financial has title to the car, so we'll have to figure out how to send them the payoff and I'll keep the remainder.

$23,000 firm. Car's a little dirty, but will be washed as soon as I have a chance. Also, don't mind the mountain of TP...I found a good deal on it
