Car trouble... air bag, seat belt

Hello,
I drive a 2006 325i BMW, and require some help / information.
It had gotten pretty cold where I live for a week or so, the temperature it the morning reached around -30°C to -37°C, and the afternoons were always around -28°C.

The first day -29°C - morning start - rough (barely started) drove the car to school, parked it for around 8 hours, when I got to it I tried to start it, no luck. The car started to crank for a couple of seconds all lights on dash flashed, everything reset and nothing. Tried again, and nothing. Had to get a jump start, but it worked.

I ended up going to my local store to buy a jump started booster pack just in case I needed another boost.

Second day, I tried to start the car in the morning, temperature was around -32°C. Car started to crank for a couple of seconds, lights flashed on the display, and everything reset. Clock was reset, etc. So I took out the brand new booster pack, hooked it up, turned it on, and started the car. Worked.
I parked the car for about the same time at school, but this time it started. Had a really hard time again.

Third day, killed my car. It was -37°C outside.
I tried to start it. Same thing, car cranks, lights starts flashing, everything resets. I tried the booster pack, now this is where it got weird. I put the key in, start the car with the booster pack on. The car cranks, turns the car on, one second later shuts it off, turns it on again than shuts it off, turns it on again and shuts it off. It eventually wouldn't start again and I got a yellow gear on my instrument cluster. When I took the key out I also got the message that I'm using a wrong key for my car. The key symbol with a line across it in yellow. I use the same key everyday, and I only have one BMW. So it is the right key. I unhooked the battery and got a ride to school, didn't want to deal with it. After school when it was warmer -28°C I got a boost for my car. It started. I went and drove it around for 15 minutes or so. Parked it and left it till the morning.

Fourth Day, Morning, -34°C, didn't start again. Same problems, turns on, and off, on, off... Yellow Gear, Wrong Key. I left it alone but I left the battery connected and went to school.
I came back after school, tried to open my doors. Nothing. I take my key out, and try to open the front door, key goes in half way and cannot ope the door. I opened the trunk and crawled into the car. I tried to open the back doors first. Wouldn't open, I then go to the front and try the doors. Nothing. I cannot get out of the car from the inside. Scary if you think about it. Pissed me off.
I heard a noise coming from the fuse panel but could not find the location from where the noise was coming from. I finally came to the conclusion that the battery was dead. I unhooked it, safely, following the instructions on the bently manual. While unhooking I hear a pop from the front of the car but don't know from where.
I hook the battery up and recharge it. It was at 8.4V.. So it was DEAD. Fully charged I put it back into my car. Start the car. Starts right away but its only around -24°C outside.

Now my airbag and seat belt lights are on in red on my instrument cluster. Thinking a fuse went, I check the fuse for the airbags, but I dont see one for airbags. I checked to see if any fuse was out, but they are all fine.

I have a bav technic code reader and scanned the car. LOTS of error codes.
