Strange Smell from Sunroof

Ever since I drove my new 335x 2011 from the lot, every time I open the sunroof in the tilt position there is a strange odor/smell that almost smells like plastic or at times like mold. Has anyone else experienced this? This doesnt happen when the windows are open or the sunroof is fully open, just when its in the tilt position.

Nope. Never. I can understand plastic... Like new plastic smell, but never mold.
