Euro Headlights on US order

Newbie here and I am going to order a 330i next week and I told my salesman that I when it arrives I want the euro headlights on the car along with a few other accessories. He along with the parts department have been very quiet about this and try to change the subject when I tell them I want this done. So is it possible to order my 330i with the euro headlights on it? Thanks

Yeah I'd like to know this too, if you can order a US spec car with the clear blinkers instead of yellow? i heard that you can.

The amber in the headlights is due to federal regulations set by the DOT.

I second that - no. I've tried all possibilties too, including having them switched out when I picked up my bimmer in Germany, but the Customs won't let any e90 off the ship with euro lights.

Might be a dumb idea, laugh at me later, but I know that there are lens covers you can get over here that make the amber look very dark, almost black. I don't know who he is, but there is a guy here who has them on his car, so don't you think it would be possible to order the Euro lenses with yellow covers on them just so they could get through customs, then peel them off once you get it? Yes, I realize this sounds far-fetched and uber-complicated, and probably impossible, but humor me.
