Slow possible oil leak?

Gosh Im so mad right now The bottom of my 06 325i got scraped by the uneven surface lanes and the construction going on the roosevelt road. I just noticed traces of oil in my driveway. so i mounted the ride on a ramp and wiped the botoom of the ride clean just to find where the leak is but i still cant see it. The oil light comes on when i drive or when i park it. I just had changed the oil a wk ago and everything was fine. Can anyone please advise me on what to do next? if there is something i can personally do to fix it. if not i ll hand it over to the dealership so the can charge me an arm and a leg to fix it.
