Why doesn't BMS PBX have mapping shown on the RPM gauge?
Might be a silly question but why doesn't the BMX PBX have the current mapping shown on the RPM gauge like the JB's do for the 335's? It'd be a lot easier to see what mapping you're on without having to guess if you stepped on the gas pedal hard enough to get it to the next mapping. Sometimes i feel a lag when driving and second guess myself as to whether i have it on the right mapping.

The PBX was developed long before the JB4, so it is most likely based on the same tech that earlier JB1-3 versions are (which don't have the feature either). They would probably have to redesign the circuitry on the pbx to add that feature, which would cost more money.
Since there is only 1 bank of 8 settings, the cost to do this probably is not very economical. |

or at least if there was a peizo buzzer speaker on the thing to BEEP from under the dash when it is in 'program' mode and everytime it registers a foot stomp.
