Exclamation Post Mar 07 Production - Comfort Access Feature Qn

Can someone confirm this "feature change" (according to delivery rep at PCD) for me?

My brother took delivery of his 2007 E90 (produced in April 2007) yesterday.
And he was told that this featuer no longer exists.

Feature -
In my 2006 E90, with ZPP + Comfort access. when I lock my car using door handle ridges, holding finger at ridges for couple of seconds longer will cause my side-view mirrors to fold.

His car 2007 E90, with ZPP + Comfort access, is not able to do the same !!!
Though windows & sun-roof do close, if open.
Using key also, side-view mirror fold feature is not working.

His mirrors do have motor in them, as he can fold/unfold them using driver door panel switch.

I dont see any reason to skip such a CONVINIENT feature !!!

Any inputs??

My car was April 3rd production and the mirrors do not fold when holding my finger on the ridges, although any open windows and the sunroof (and shade) will close.

This has been covered quite a few times already in this forum. A little search goes a long way! That feature has since been deleted from the 07 models.

Are you sure that your sunroof shade closes too?
