How much for oil change and tires ?

How much do you pay for changing your engine oil and tires mounting + balancing ? Where do you go ?

Is it always necessary to do wheel alignment ?

Also, if you change your own oil, do you need special tools ? Is it easily reachable under the car ?

I think you should consider these seprate operations

The going rate for an oil change is around 110 in my neck of the woods
dealer or Indy .
I wouldn't go to a dealer for tires.
Unless you feel like paying twice the price .
But if you are going to have an alignment you need to find
someone who can do it to BMW spec.
I would go to an Indy for and oil change .
Price the tires on tire rack and then do some comparison shopping.
I think I might buy tire rack tires then have them shipped to my Indy next
time as he can do BMW spec alignments.
Only necessary to align wheels if there wearing uneven or you want to .
The oil change is easy relative to most cars but you need to get the car off the
ground to reach the drain.
