New to forum - Introduction
Hi everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum and say I'm the proud new owner of a 09 Jet Black 328i sedan (e90) - Everything is pretty base on down to the 16' rims (Non-Sport Package) but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Fun little story, I was actually shopping for a used Lexus or Acura and stopped by a BMW CPO dealer as a side stop and was hooked by the drive of the e90s. Even though it's a base model, the drive of the e90 was just something else that the IS's, TSX's, and TLs did not have. The balance, the feel, the smooth-revving Inline-6. Anyways, long story short, I'm blown away by the community and e90 following here and hope to just be a part of the community, learn more things about my car, and get some good advice on whatever future decisions I make with my car! Soon you will go down the slippery slope of mods. First would be to upgrade those wheels and drop your car asap |

Thanks everyone. Sorry for the bad iPhone pics, haven't had much time to really take some decent ones. I really enjoy seeing what you've all done with your e90s/e92s. New rims are definitely at the top of a short list of things to do with the car as the stock 16s (Style 282s) aren't very inspiring.
If anyone has gone from stock 16's with non-sport suspension to 18s or 19s (Aftermarket or OEM) while under the Warranty, let me know your experience, challenges, and recommendations! BM |

i love my e92 in all but the think the steering is way too hard, feels like a step up from a honda with no power steering. Maybe it will change if i change the tires.

Congrats man !!
I got similar story, for 3-4 months i was looking for a used Cayenne, then one day I bumped into this BMW Red convertible and never looked anywhere else :-). I'm also looking for 18'' wheels, no success as of now ! |
