Car Storage

I am going to be going on a deployment for 3 months and will be putting the car in a storage unit as I do not want to leave the car outside for that long. I searched and searched and could not find a storage facility with power connections in the unit. I was going to use a battery tender which, as I found out was favored on here. I am going to ensure the tires are inflated, gas tank is full, crack the windows so I don't damage the trim, and fold the rear seats just in case I have a hard time getting the trunk open. I will also be disconnecting the negative battery terminal and keeping the connector aside. So my question is do you guys suggest anything else and do you think I will still have a charge when I get back. Thank you.
