first impressions of a bmw

Hello everyone,

So i bought my first bmw 328xi 2008 w nav.

I traded in legacy gt 08. Coming from nissan,toyota, subaru it does seem bmw is its own class. Even on a base model bmw 328 the drive is significally more stable.

The 3 biggest difference over the subbie.

1. Can achieve 10mph more on highway with more stability. And that is after i put some serious sway bars on the legacy gt. With stock, prob 20mph improvement.
2. Acceleration is very different. The power delivery is extremely smooth. Unlike in the subaru it just kind of screams and goes.
3. The idrive with nav has tons of options. Since i am a geek. I wont relax until i know exactly how all of them work. I cant imagine how it is on 2011 models. But i am sure it is phenominal.

I cant wait to drive it more tomorrow.

How exactly is it "more stable"?

And your LGT should have been quicker than a 328i.

Better suspension. Lgt is prob 10-20% quicker.
