Violating warranty
I am looking to put AE quad exhaust and ar down pipes when I go to take it in for services what would I have to take off or when I take it in?

Just depends on the dealer. Many are cool with mods, others are not.

You can leave it on and run the risk that they wouldn't cover anything to do with the exhaust system. I have heard of some service departments that don't care but that is really rare.
