I am taking delivery of my first BMW on Jan. 3rd through the performance delivery program. Has anyone here ever done it? How was it? Anything I should know before going up there?

Do you mean PCD in South Carolina?
There are many posts and pictures about it especially in 1addicts. A lot of people have done it and looks like fun. You'll do the performance school thingy and the Off road part.

What happened to your car by the way? I hope the transmission is ok. My first thought was the half shaft. Hope the car is doing ok and Happy B-day man.

i got it fixed last week
it wasnt the transmission, driveshaft, or diff.
It was the axel!(you were right!!)

some how i broke it clean off the cv joint got one on ebay for $99. i was just power brakeing. thanks for asking

If its anything like mine--You'll have the time of your Life.
We rented a car-one way from Tampa. Dropped it off at airport and had Marriott come get us.
