I'm considering getting these shoes so I can *feel* the drive... Any thoughts?
Vibram Five Fingers Has anyone worn these while driving? I bet it's awesome, especially on the clutch!

I used to wear them when driving the STi, they felt great but they were so grippy that I couldn't slide my feet between clutch and brake pedal. Required lifting/jerky sliding which was a turnoff.

It's like driving barefoot. It's not all that great.

I've been wearing them a couple years now. They're not the best driving shoes but love them for hiking or anything outdoors.
Be prepared to be stopped in public with questions when you do wear them out. Drives my wife crazy. |

Haven't worn to drive in, but they would probably be too "sticky" for quick maneuvers with the pedals.

My girlfriend wears toe socks. They are cute.
I don't wear toe socks. I am sure lulu lemon pants are very comfy and functional, but I don't wear those, either. |

Nah, I'd rather take pot-shots. I'm sure banana hammocks are plenty comfortable, but you won't catch me in them. Orthotics are all I need to keep my fat 6' 2" frame and feet comfortable standing for 8-19 hrs every day.
