New (to me) DD in the garage

I was getting tired of getting the kids in and out of a 2 door wrangler and wanted something quieter with better gas mileage, 4 doors and still fun to drive on the back roads home.
Without anything in particular in mind I found this 2008 328i manual with sport package and just under 30k miles.

I was a little worried about having room for the kids but after sitting in it and taking a test spin I knew I found her.
Only things I've done so far are tint the windows and add the bracketron mount for my sirius plug and play while I figure out what I want to do with the stereo. And the dealer threw in a new set of factory mats since he didn't have time to fill it up before I arrived to pick her up.
I'm looking forward to learning more and deciding what to do next.

Very nice! You are gunna live it. I have a 3 year old and a 6 year old. To avoid my 328i looking like my wife's car (totally momed out) I let the kids make the rules of how to keep it clean. They came up with the idea of no food or drinks. So far , so clean. Enjoy!

+1. My '99 E46 328i was red and although never garaged, the paint held up remarkably well over the 10 years I owned it (I suggest a good carnauba wax 3 or 4 times per year).

Looks great! A red n/a straight six Bimmer with 6MT... you really can't go wrong with that. Timeless. You're gonna need an LCI front bumper and hood tho. :-P
