light bulb stuck

trying to remove daylight running bulb . for some reason i cant remove darn wire bracket . any thoughts ? light bulb is tilled down and I'm trying to remove it and place it right (thanks to guy at shop who insisted to replace bulb

Push inwards and to the right. It's made of wire, it should bend to accommodate. After unlocking it should fold down by the bottom hinge.
