I have access to WDS (Wiring Diagrams) for the e90

Post in this thread any requests.

I am working on a write up (on wire / wiring diagram) for users wanting to hookup their subwoofers to the stock amp. This should be done in the next few days.

DO NOT PM ME, or Email me. Post your requests here in this thread.

Hi - I didn't get the auto dimming mirror. Can you tell me if the car is pre-wired for it?

Yes, please!

Let us know where to tap for line level, speaker level signals, and also remote power wire.

Alright, If you have a BMW Professional System, the subwoofer pin outs (for speaker level signals) is:

Left: Pin 4 + Pin 3 -

Right: Pin 23 + Pin 22 -

This is on the amplifier.

I will provide you guys with the connector in one sec.

In terms of the Remote wire, there is no such thing. The amp is activated by a on @ 8 Volts, off @ 6 Volts.. You need to use either a ignition wire (with the use of a remote line delay) or a speaker line remote.

It not for the"professional" system. Professional refers to the head unit aand not the amp.

The ones you list are for the "Hi-fi" system, which is standard in the USA, and one up from standard in Europe.

Logic 7 amp uses other outputs (8 and 18, 6 and 16)

I do not have Bluetooth or Assist, but I think this means that my shark fin still has a cellular antenna in it. Does it? If so, can I plug my cell phone into this antenna using a pigtail connector?

Thanks!

Cant do that if your not sure what is what.

There are hundreds of wiring diagrams for the E90, with each version and each option having different diagrams.

Dealers get it on DVD, but arnt allowed to sell it.

You could try ebay, ive sometimes seen WDS DVD's on there

This is what I found on ebay. But it seems that people with WDS 5.0 say it has the E90 while some with version 6.0 say it doesnt have the E90.

The EPC is widely available.
