I checked realoem.com and this part number doesn't come up. This bluetooth module came from a 2006 330i and I am trying to find out if it will work with a 2006 325i.

You'll probably want to check WebETK on BMW's website, some parts aren't listed in realoem because they were only shipped in new cars, parts (especially TCU and BT modules) that come from the parts desk usually have different part numbers because they are refurbished modules.

BTW: It's a compatible module, although it's not just a bluetooth unit, it's a telematics unit. So you'll need the FZD with the BMW Assist SOS button on it, along with a few other parts. Look around for the BMW Assist Retrofit document and you'll have all the information you need.

Thank you for the good news. However, according to this post: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=482939
The install was done successfully without the FZD

It'll be just fine unless you need to have the dealership update any software on your car. Their ISTA software will freak out and complain that the wrong FZD is installed. So if that's not a concern, you are good.

Alright thanks! The dealer charges a lot for coding that kind of stuff anyway.
