DFW: Who's 2009 Montego Blue 135i is this with Brown/Cinnamon Interior????

Does anyone know who's 135i is this???? I'm looking to buy it from a dealer and wanted to know the history and any known issues. Carfax shows its a local DFW owners car.. if you know please have the person call or text me ASAP at 732-766-0480

Known Mods:
Wheels, Upgraded BMW Calipers and Bilstein coilovers... GoPRo HD Mount on front bumper.

For what it's worth, those are the stock calipers, with slotted rotors.

it also has gloss black kidney grilles xD.
