Bumper is in a good condition just one small scratch, if u r talking about hole on the right side covered with square thing yes it has that lol

PDC = parking distance control which uses radar/sonar to help you park. you would need to have that option and have 4-5 holes in your rear bumper for those sensors. i take it you dont
