Those offsets seem to be a mix between the M3 and 335i fitment...

335i fitment is
19"x8.5" et 33 Front
19"x9.5" et 35 Rear

M3 fitment is
19"x8.5" et 20 Front
19"x9.5" et 22 Rear

Are you sure that you have the correct information?

this is for non-M3 that wants aggressive fitment
you cant go +20 for the fronts on non-M3 but you can go +22 for the rears

For E90, if your fenders are rolled...you can still run this set up easily even it's lowered
So for sure you won't have any issue putting them on
