Tracking info incorrect!?!

Just got my VIN from the dealer. OC shows En Route (see photo).
It doesn't show sport package??? Maybe s in 325is stands for Sport?
Shouldn't sport package be under Factory Ordered Options?
Wallenius Wilhelmsen website doesn't recognize my VIN. Should I just be patient?
Also, could someone please post the 800 number everyone is talking about? Thanks much.

It says 325i "is" en route Did you track auto in the ww website and put in your whole vin #?

I had the same problem. It turned out, however, that my car is actually on the "k" line america ship pamplona. I live in Alabama and it's scheduled to hit Charleston on Oct. 25. The BMW OC website is useless.

Yes, it says: "No tracking information is available for the Cargo ID you entered".

I tried to track on http://www2.nykline.com/home/index.html,
but after registering, I still don't have access?!?

1. I wouldn't worry too much about the options list. It didn't show anything for a lot of people. If you're really concerned have your dealer print the specs with the options from their system.

2. Probably be patient and give it a couple of days.

3. Mines doesn't even show trim color.

4. 800-831-1117, it's voice recognition.
