They are the "flash to pass" lights
You need to pull the light stalk on the steering wheel back to flash them

they are not flash to pass. they are cornering lights. they will turn on at low speeds when you turn or have your signal on. or both will turn on if you are in reverse.

OP you can drive around in reverse all of the time so they will both always be on.

Yes they turn on at low speeds when you use the turn signal and if you turn the wheel a certain amount I believe. It's pretty neat.

yes but that only works when the lights are in auto mode, which these pictured can not be in since the healights are not on? i have seen other e92's with these on. i believe it can be done as drl?? not 100%, but have seen angels and those only while driving.

yea, but i never seen my e92 have these lights on when im driving...

could be that. they are just reflecting light from angels and look like they are on? on pre angel eye cars those were the drl/city lights.

DRL on E92 is AE by default. That can be changed via coding but usually everyone wants those OFF lol Grass is always greener I guess?

just attached another pic, see thats very bright.. but i never see my car's light turns like that...
