2011 328xi USA Configurator

2011 328xi USA Configurator has no iDrive option. I remember that these were being included a while back, does that still hold true?

no. I drive has never been included.

The configurators are broken almost on a daily basis, same with the 335i.

Wait a second, I just checked it out and it's no longer part of the premium package. It's under "Options".
