BMW Extended Warranty and Maintenance
Hello,
When i bought my E90 335i 3 years ago, i puchased the BMW extended warranty and maintenance for up to 6 years/100000 miles... now i am thinking of selling the car and get a SUV. Since its only 3 years old, It still have the bumper to bumper warranty and free maintenance, meaning I have not use the extended warranty/maintenance. Can i ask for refund or cancel those extended warranty/maintenance? Who should i contact? Also how hard is it to sell privately even if i still have load to BMWFS?

Doubtful, but you can always ask. You can privately sell it, only if you can get a dealer to CPO it. There's some process that they can do before a transfer of ownership occurs I believe.
EDIT: if you want to try and sell it with the CPO warranty. |

I just bought a 08 328i and the car came with the extended warranty that the original owner had bought. So I think it stays with the car when you sell it.
