Pilot Super Sports
Just replaced my rear Pilot Sports with Super Sports. Tore through the Pilot Sports in about 11-12K. Raining hard this morning, so I jumped on it to see how well they gripped. No issues at all in the rain! No sliding or wheel spin.
It will be interesting to see how well these hold up. No matter the car, or tire it seems I go through rear tires in a hurry. My 328 got about 17-18K out of the stock Bridgestone RFT's. I had to repalce them with 2,000 miles left on the lease due to hydroplaning, and the fact they would have charged me on the turn in anyway. I would love to get decent mileage out of a set of tires. Problem is I don't want to sacrifice handling for tire life. Maybe getting a set of non-staggered tires and rotating on a regular basis is the answer? O
