New 335is checking in...

New guy here from Jacksonville FL. I just picked up my 4th BMW, a 2012 335is convertible. Obviously I love it! Alpine white, black dakota leather, 19" 313s, nav, premium, HK sound, PDC, comfort access, heated seats, iPod adapter, and BMW apps. She's only 3 days old...more pictures and mods to come.

Weak

New guy:

Why choose automatic, and why park in the handicapable spots?

I'm on my fifth Kia and if you parked that rig in one of Whoreange Park's blue spots I would tinkle on it like that Camaro from transformers did in my favorite movie.

Post again when you get a manual transmission.

Transformers is your favorite movie? What are you, 12?

Nice car, OP. Don't let manual fanboys get you down. And I don't think that Kia guy has a choice besides manual.

Don't worry about this guy...it's my buddy Max messing with me. He doesn't own a lifted Miata; instead he drives a sweet, sweet tinted prius on 19" BBS RS-GTs. I've even off roaded with him in this vehicle....Strong work Tax Mans!

Why would you wanna buy a manual as the DCT is much more unique and only available in 335is configuration. You can get manual in regular 335i. He made the right choice.

There are rumors that the new M5 still will be available in a manual....I'd get it. I'd also get the 7-spd manual in the 2013 Carrera. Whomever is spending the $$$ is entitled to get what they want imho.

First of all, thanks for all of the positive feedback....I'm thinking of tinting the tail lights with Lamin-X, and am contemplating "smoked" 17% vs "gunsmoke" 12%. Anyone have any experience with this product? Or recommendations on those two shades of tint on an AW car?
