SULEV in Canada

I'm looking at purchasing a 2009 or 2010 328xi in the US. Some cars are listed as SULEV which I understand is ultra low emissions. Does this make a difference if importing to Ontario? Are there different requirements for servicing and will Ontario dealerships have any issues servicing them?

US SULEV cars are fitted with N51 engines instead of N52.
You may have trouble finding parts and software for them if they are not sold in Canada

Also consider the special emissions parts warranties. They may not be covered in Canada.
