Smile I need to replace front bumper for 3 series. HELP!!!!

Hi, I was hit in my front bumper recently and have to pay for a replacement. I know bmw replacements are very expensive, but the only thing damage in the accident was the front bumper (no parking sensors) and one skirt grill. I found one front bumper painted black (color of my car) on Craiglist which is flawless. Is this a job I could have done relatively inexpensively, or could I do this myself? If so, how? I need to fix the foglight(working) in place as well as adding a new left skirt grill, but besides the bumper cover, everything is fine. Thanks in Advance for any responses!

Theres a few DIYs for removing the bumper in the DIY section. By "left skirt grill" I assume you're talking about the left finisher rod. You can buy that at any dealership.

Just tell them you need a left side finisher rid for your car.

#1 - Buy the new bumper, make sure it's the correct one (e90 non LCI)
#2 - Remove stock bumper (jack, 8mm socket, socket wrench, socket wrench extension, and torx bits) There are 4 torx screws on the top, about x8 8mm under the bumper, x2 or x3 8mm in each wheel well, and x2 8mm under each wheel well (these are the toughest to remove so use the extension)
#3 Pull bumper off and unscrew (90deg turn) the fog light bulbs from the housing
#4 Reverse steps for the install (might need a new fog light bulb if yours is broke)
#5 Lose the chrome rims

Takes only 15 min to remove the bumper.

assuming you are talking about the bumper cover. lol. but yea it is easy to remove and replace.

while it is off i would make sure the actual bumper, (big metal thing) is straight and that it hasn't compressed on the side that got hit. just measure left and right side clearance and see one side sticks out further.
