For those whom are hooking up guages, stereo equip, radar detectors...I have always hated using those damn fuse taps they always come loose and they ruin your fuse panel...

I have a client who just created and is marketing a new product...just figured I would share it with you guys.

They should also market a tester so you can tell whether you are tapping power from before or after the fuse.

I've seen this a while ago, when I was looking for fuse taps... This design has been out there for a while..

It's an okay design, I prefer (and bought) the fuse tap I have as it has a fuse to protect the accessory curcuit. With this you could just use an inline fuse I guess..

Thanks for sharing though.. Looks like a clean, decent solution as well.

Really great idea, but 4.95 for 3? thats way to expensive for main stream use. Maybe specialty installers will use them, but if he is expecting them in everyone's tool box he will need to get in the price down. The average blade fuse sells for about 10 cents at wholesale (good quality busemann etc). Low quality are about 2 cents each. I'd love to see these as the standard in my toolbox.

That's actually not a bad price seeing how I spent about that much on 1 add a tap circuit from Autozone when I bought my Nav/tv module

yeah well I do not ever see myself using it. I hate doing electrical work. Installing the euro headlight switch for rear fogs is hopfully the extent of my electrical work on this car.

I am even nervous about installing proceed if I decide to get one. I watched the install video and it doesn't seem that bad, but certainly a little more involved than I though it would be.

I think I am just going to get a turbo tuner, and then if I decide to keep the car after the lease is up I will put a proceed in. The way i look at it with the turbo tuner you still get outstanding performance gains and it is only half the price and takes about 5 minutes to install.
