18x9.5 22 square set up

I was told I need to use 245/35/18 all around to get it to fit in the front of my e92 335xi. I\'m dropped on HnR sports springs. I want to go the least stretch possible without rubbing. Can I get some second opinions?

245/35 or 235/40
