Vanity Plate, Got Diesel?

The other night, i went to full up my tank and stopped by the local Hess gas station. In New Jersey, by law the attendent must fill your gas, all stations are full serve. The guy asked, "Diesel?" I responded, "Yes." He walked over looking at my car and says, "You put diesel in such a beautiful car?" I chuckled and said, "Yes thank you." He realled like the 195 rims on it and the color (Blue Water Metallic) He was a nice guy.

That got me thinking about getting a vanity plate for my baby.

Since New York State changed to the ugly old school style yellow and navy blue plates I would hate those, I love my light blue empire state plates. I decided to get BMW CCA plates because they retain the nice blue color to match my car.

Originally I wanted "GOTDZL" that was taken. They did approve "GOTDSL" go figure. The sexual connotation that brings! I'm seriously considering my "Got Diesel" license plate. Too bad it costs $90 for the plate and an additional $60 for yearly registration charges....

The fact that you can get BMWCCA plates in NY is just the definition of awesome! No such luck in Maine. On the other hand, it's only $20 for vanity plates here.

I am deciding between SCHNELL or M 2939 Z for my car, the latter being the German tourist plate number from my European Delivery. Yes, I am a total dork.

In the meantime she is just wearing the plates from my last car, just put them on today actually.

That is so awesome. . . BMW CCA design license plates, I'm SO jealous we have nothing like that up here

Or maybe "GO TDSL!" And wonder what TDSL meant.
