Swapping back and forth between wheels with tires?

I apologize if this is a dumb question, just don't want to do something stupid...

If I have a separate set of rims with tires and sensors, can I simply swap between the 2 sets with a jack/torque wrench, or is there anything in addition i need to have done? (balancing or something like that).

Hey bud,

Make it easy on yourself and purchase a second set of valve stems from the TPMS. This way you can easily screw in the sensors on the second set of tires. I think a set of 4 stems will run you $30ish vs. a full set of TPMS $200. I use Beru sensors and stems, just have a second set of stems on my other wheels for easy sensor transfer, but you obviously need to mount/balance tires everytime you do this.

I got a second set of TPMS for fairly cheap, with entirely 2 sets (tires, wheels, and TPMS), will I still have to balance when swapping back and forth?

no, each set holds their balance even if off the car.
