New member awaiting delivery

Hello all,

Just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I've been pretty much lurking non-stop since Saturday when I placed the order for my E92 with the dealer.

I've always been interested in BMWs, but till recently I just couldn't afford one. My first car was an 03 Acura RSX Type-S. Had pretty much all bolt ons, and made for a pretty entertaining little car.

Had a run in with an 18 wheeler and totaled the car though...so I ended up picking up a 2007 Subaru WRX.

With my first set of wheels:

Added a VF30 along with bolt ons and coilovers through the years.

With OEM BBS STi wheels:

Auto crossing:

I will end up selling her after my E92 comes in though

but will be very excited to finally get in a BMW.

Order specs:
E92 335i MT

Mineral White Metallic
Black Leatherette
Light Burl Walnut
M Sport Pack
Style 230 19" Wheels
Power Rear Shade

Scheduled to come in around Thanksgiving. Will be the longest 2 months of my life...

Once its delivered, I am planning on adding the black kidney grilles, clear bra, and tint. Full photo shoot to come.

I've had mine for about 6 weeks. Took 5 1/2 weeks from the day of order until it was ready for pick up at Classic.

Thanks for the heads up. I hope mine will arrive that quickly too. Just out of curiosity, how long was your scheduled build date after your placed your order? Dealer tells me mine is set to be built during the week of 10/24.

I never got a build date. The only time I heard anything from my CA was when I called or emailed him. Otherwise I just tracked everything myself on the BMW website and the shipping websites.
