thats a sport steering wheel without paddles. you need a wheel that already has steptronic paddles, and you can modify the hole to fit the dct paddles. that wheel has no way to mount the paddles.

since you need a new wheel anyways, just get an M3 DCT wheel and call it a day.

im a newly minted steering wheel expert since my recent wheel swap...

+1 on what VTE said... but you can go two routes...
you can put on a M3 wheel which is smooth leather all around and has the tri colored stitching and add the all metal DCT paddles. Or... you can get the M-Tech wheel which has perforated leather on the sides and add the LCI paddles.

For my car i felt like the LCI paddles and M-Tech wheel would be the best match for my interior, and after the install i do feel that the LCI paddles with the black and metal outline is a good fit.

here is the DIY thread that i made. my car did not have sport package, and my wheel was identical to yours, it had to be replaced.

another option i did not know about until after the fact was this guy alex...
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=530901

he makes custom wheels from OE ones at really reasonable rates... had i known about him i prob would have had him make me a wheel that was smooth leather all around with black stitching, like the M3 wheel but without tri-color and used LCI paddles. he looks like he does fantastic work.

If your thinking about adding paddles, DO IT it really makes driving the car SO much fun!

Regular sport package paddles cannot be added to my wheel either?

yes it most certainly will.
your airbag, trim and multifunction buttons will all swap over to either an M-Tech wheel or M3 wheel with no troubles.
