Drag Setup - Need Tire Advice (275 on 8.5 fit e92?)
I'm looking for a track-only tire setup.
I'm currently running 189s, but need more grip than the RFTs for the drag strip (12.9@118). I'd like to mount DRs on the 189's, but the only option that I see are BFGs in 275/35/18. I hear the MT ET street radials are good, but they only come in 17". If I go 17", I was looking into the Kosei K1s, but they are out of stock from tirerack (only 17x8.5 is avail). Does anyone have comments/pictures on the 275's on the 189s (8.5")? What is the standard size K1s that most people use? Thanks, -TG Last edited by The Ghost; 09-24-2011 at 09:44 AM.. |

275 is too wide for a 8.5.
