Another thing is what do you guys think as far as a flash? To remove the hesitation the gas pedals have curve air box? or something like that lol something with valves and tune car for another type of gas that idr Yes im a noob i have never modded cars performance wise so yeah any help would be highly appreciated thanks! |

Alignment: $150 give or take for a 4-wheel alignment from a reputable shop. Could vary a lot though. Probably triple that from a dealership, but I've never done that.
Wheel balancing: normally you only do that when you get new tires mounted, but any tire shop should do it for less than $50 total. Not difficult. Flashing: Not sure what options there are for 328i's, but head over to the engine mods subforum and see what people there recommend. You can probably just read up on what people do the most, and see what works. I know for the N54 engine (335i) it runs anywhere $500 - $1000 depending on which route you go. Hopefully that helped somewhat? |

Alignments vary greatly by region but are generally in the $100 - $300 range.
There are two ways of balancing wheels, the conventional way that costs about $15-20 per wheel and the 'road force balancing' that costs $25-30 per wheel. Road force balancing will actually move the tire on the wheel to balance the wheel as required. accordingly, it uses fewer weights and results in a much more precise balance. There is no 'flash' for a 328 that does much as normally aspirated engines benefit little from computer upgrades. All a flash does for a 328 is lighten your wallet. |

Only you can decide if it's worth it for you. Not sure of the hp gains of the software, but like I said earlier, there are probably dyno results posted in the engine modification subforum.
Gas mileage will be unaffected, at least on a scale large enough to notice. However, with more power you will probably drive it harder => worse mileage. |
