Winter Tire Conundrum

Need some advice...

I have a 2011 335is with 18" Staggered rims. The car came with with summer run-flats. I know they're not gonna work in the winter. The car is a 27 month lease (2 winters) and I'm not gonna get additional wheels. Probably gonna do 15K per year.

Do I get a set of M/S and keep them on until the end of the lease (and then put the summer run-flats back on to return the car)? Do I get snows and change them every winter/spring?

Thanks,

Guess it depends on your needs for where you live. If you need snows, just use them for the 2 seasons and then sell them.

You may want to consider what your next car will be? That is could you get a complete winter tire/rim set that could also be used on that car. I would hate to lease a car and then hand it back with brand new tires, the wear/tear is built into the depreciation that YOU are paying for.
