Thanks, I'm quite happy with the deal I got on it.

Trade in is a 2006 Nissan xterra with 91000 km on it. Got it new in may 2006. Time for an upgrade!

It's a major upgrade for me!

I'm not going to deny that I can't afford a 335. I'm a student and I'm lucky to even afford a 328. Basically, the 328 xdrive is the most reliable, most fuel efficient, all wheel drive car on the market in Canada. That is why I'm buying this particular vehicle. Also, its an MT so that raises the fun to drive factor to about midway between a 328 AT and a 335.

Besides, if I want to drive the 335 I'd just take my dad's E92 for a spin. Then again, last time I did that I almost wound up with an $800 speeding ticket (got let off with a warning).

congrats. you will love your car, chassis and engine. it is a strong engine and id had plenty of loaner 328's that satisfied me in sprited driving. 335i is great but 328i will also put smiles on your face.

I'm not saying you shouldn't have got a 328. I respect your decision 110%. I was just saying that I was waiting for all the trolls to post on your thread saying that you should have got a 335. Congrats on the car!

I know you didn't say that to bug me, and I'm sorry I came off as a d-bag. Not my intention!! I promise!! I know you're right that there will be people that will say I should've gotten a 335 and I felt like I had to justify myself in order to keep a few trolls away.

Again, sorry if I came off like a d-bag. Also, I like virgins, and the used market commands a hefty premium in Canada vs USA so going used wouldn't have made sense either.

Regardless, I'm very happy with my choice and I can't wait to see her for the first time!

When I pick her up I'll be hardwiring my passport 9500ix same day. I think I'm going to wait until the spring time for my tint and clear reflectors.

Any other suggestions? Don't want to mod too much and I want it to be tasteful if I do anything else.

Why do you have to wait two weeks...? I'm sure you didn't build it right? Mine was ordered over a month ago and I barely have two weeks left. Just curious.
Congrats on the find though!!!

Nono, it's a lot car, that's why I'm getting such a good deal.

Gotta wait two weeks though because I'm outa town until then. It sucks, but oh well.
