More front right Toe in Correct Tracking issue?

So since most cars in the USA have a crown in the road for drainage, Will having our E90's alignment set with a bit more positive front right Toe than the left side, correct for the tracking issue for our cars to drift to the right?

i would not want an uneven alignment to compensate for uneven roads
