Procede review after Vishnu/TurboTrix Dyno Day on April 27

DynoDay at TurboTrix April 27th, 2007

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi guys just got back home from TurboTrix. Had the Procede installed in my 07 BMW 335I coupe 6mt today with dyno runs before and after. Everything ran smoothly. I want give thanks to everyone at TurboTrix, Shiv and I think it was Cloud who got this all set up. If not my apoligies. Anyway my car put down some impressive numbers.

Before run..287WHP and 288.84 LBS of TORQUE:rocks:
After run....338.06 WHP and 378.12 LBS of TORQUE :rocks:

Drove the car home and although it has been raining all day today the car feels great. It feels much more powerful and lighter. Not that it wasn't before but what a differance. Definately worth the investment!!!!! :rocks:

Great job Shiv. It was a pleasure meeting you!

Nice. I stopped by the Turbotrix shop this afternoon, but I had missed all the fun! I guess you guys wrapped up about a half hour before I arrived.

Hey, is there anyone at that Turbotrix that knows how to install the Procede? Or did Shiv do them all?

Hi Mike. Sorry we missed you. I had to take off right after all the scheduled tunes were done in an attempt to make my flight back to CA. Only to find it delayed until the next morning

I did all the installs myself. But TT (or you) won't have any problem doing th install. One of our guys should be dropping you a line soon.

I should be getting my Procede fairly soon I hope and plan on doing the install myself if you would like some assistance.

so after the install does this need to be tuned or is it pre-tuned from Vinshu? I have read how to install and it seems fairly easy.

Well with my car there was no tunning needed. He just played around a bit with it but he told me it does not need to be tuned.

Yes, by all means. Please let me know when you get it. I would love to come assist with the install.

I watched the video a few times, but I got nervous in the first :30 seconds wehn the screws came out of the microfilter...

FYI -- The Turbotrix guys said a few Dyno runs can be done for $100 or $150.

PM me.

93 in most of the north east. I'm 99% sure they used 93 since I would fill up my car with 93 when I would drive to six flags great adventure.

Yep, 93 is everywhere.

You also sometimes see 94 (at Texaco?). I need to start paying attention to those little details...

I'm loving my PROcede soo much. Soo much that I took my girlfriend's 325i to work today, simply because I would probably end up with a speeding ticket before the day ended. I did a few quick romps around homestead and I literally feel satisfied. My speed urge is completely gone for now...

Only thing that I want to upgrade on the car is its traction. Don't know if I should go for better tires or LSD.

Im feeling tires would be most beneficial, moreso than the LSD. These stock rft's dont do a bit good when its wet either.

Right now I have Kumho Ecsta SPT with 265/30/19 in the Rears. I even lose a bit of traction if I step on it from 30mph. Been learning to feather it a bit.
