Someone stole my tow-hook cover

I put a GPS tracker on it ... so if it was one of you in the dallas area I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE!

Anywho ... I'm trying to make light of a 40.00 theft that just about pisses me off more then the 40.00.

I have come to the conclusion that if you try real hard to park your vehicle where it doesn't get hit ... or if you just try hard to be careful something is bound to happen.

I would like to catch someone one of these days though ... just one.

A Roundel I understand, but the bumper hole cover?

Is it possible it just wasn't in right?

naw, i took it to the dealer to have some service done and they were the ones who pointed it out.

the guy told me it doesn't just fall out ... It has to be twisted and you have to really know how to do it or to have done it before to get it to come out easily.

it's likely some cheapo with a z4 was looking for a replacement. if there isn;t many z4's in your area then just look for the bugger with the same colour as you. if he's got a "i stole your bumper hole cover" look on his face (you all know the one) then you got him!!!

Yeah ... it's a shame ... but I have a feeling this was someone who needed one and didn't want to shell out 40 bones to have it replaced.

Yeah, it was on there ... I did a walk around the vehicle. I've seen people drive off the lots with dings and then take it back to the dealership the same day and they wouldn't do anything.
