Two questions

I installed h and r sport springs and went from oem 16's to 19inch vmr csl's.

1.) Do i need an alignment ( car does not pull to either direction, goes straight)

2.) I imagined that going from 16's to 19's would make my odometer read differently. It reads exactly the same 4% higher than my actual mph. Why is this?

you need an alignment because you lowered the car, which will throw off the toe settings.

as far as your speedo reading differently, as long as the outside tire diameter remains the same, it won't read higher.

1) Yes always get an alignment after suspension work

2) Yes the speedo will be off w/ different size wheels. you can calculate it using this online tool here.
