a different E90 M3rep rear spoiler
these have been out for ages, granted
but did anyone ever find out if there is a "correct" M3 rep rear for the E90 not a E92 version to fit an E90 heres what i mean M3 rep M3 E92 M3 E90 Im not a fan of the M3 rep rear, but would KILL to get the E90 M3 as a plug and play unit for mine.. Did any vendor consider it? Also M3 E90 rep sideskirts , are there "correct" E90 M3 look skirts? Sorry to anyone , if ive offended

Sorry, your post doesn't make much sense.
There are M3-rep bodykits (front/sides/rear) for E90s. In addition, LTBMW was at one point producing OEM E90 M3 Sideskirts tailored (+ painted) to fit non-M E90s perfectly. Obviously OEM front and rear won't fit as the M3 has wider fenders and quarterpanels. Some have gone ahead and replaced all of these to essentially give an indistinguishable M3 exterior to their cars. |

What you are talking about is the rear bumper and not spoiler. Unfortunately, the producer of the M3 Rep aftermarket bumper for the E90 used an original E92 M3 bumper to make the mold for the product. This was either a stupid mistake or an attempt to be able to make use of the vast amount of rear diffusers there are on the market for the E92 M3.
If you would like, you can have a "genuine" E90 M3 bumper replica made by fusing both a standard E90 bumper with one from an M3. Experienced body shops can do this, as can LongTran @ LTBMW. Hope this helps

Before, whenever I saw an M3 rep on an E90, I didn't really like it. Now I understand why. The OEM E90 bumper looks much cleaner. Good luck, you can always go M Tech + Performance Diffusor. |

sorry , i confuse spoiler and bumper-
But yep, im after something more purist in the fakest sense lol.. Not sure how a fused unit would look, and im only running with a one sided rear section, so using an OE rear wouldnt work for me I remeber when long was making the M3 converted sideskirts, but the group buy died, and this never got anywhere Ive seen modbargins have a skirt set that look very E90 M OE, but ive not seen a pic up close

I was at LTMW last week and Long and Ivan have E90 M3 rep bumpers that look like the OEM one you want in picture 3.
Also, they can fit OEM E90 M3 sideskirts onto non-M E90s. Checkout their post below and a different guys' thread with pics selling these parts: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...=ltbmw+m3+side http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...=ltbmw+m3+side Last, I was at the shop 2 weeks because they painted and installed a used, E90 M3 rep bumper that I bought used through the forums. Check it out...

Good catch. I did an entirely different exhaust setup because I have a 335i and the bumper came off of a 328i. The guy sold me the bumper and exhaust as a combo, but it was such a good deal that I'm just going to re-post his exhaust setup and make a few bucks.

Yeah, it's subtle, but I actually like the look of the E92 rear on the E90 more just because it's a little more aggressive. Still looks like an OEM BMW part, though, and not a crazy aftermarket body kit.
