Question about upgrading my suspension

I have a 330i e90 (non zsp) with 80k miles on it and the suspension is shot.

I picked up a set of zsp springs and a set of koni sports on their way.

Is there anything i should look for as far as worn bushings, etc while i have everything apart?

Thanks

Sorry for the noob question

You can measure from the center of the wheel hub to the bottom of the flare to see how much sag you have, the rear should be 17" and the front should be 17.5".

This will give you an idea of how bad your leafs are, and if they are 16" or less in the rear the only real fix is to replace the leafs. You can replace the rear leafs with new stock packs for just over 200.00, or find a newer lower mileage XJ in a junkyard with good leafs for a lot less.

If you go with a 3" lift and full packs it will cost about 600 or so depending on brand. Another option is to build a bastard pack in the rear which would retain your main leaf with the others replaced with a set of S-10 leafs, the only way to make this work on a worn leaf pack is to use the main leaf from the S-10 pack with the eyes cut off to fit under the main leaf eyes of your stock leafs.

TF?? -___-

Anyways to answer OPs question,
you MAY need need new BMW Front Guide Supports-- 2 of (31306775098).
Anyone else can confirm?

Your old ones may be worn by now anyway.
Warning though as I found out waay after the fact; The newer guide supports is .5 inch taller than the stock so in turn will raise your suspension from whatever it is by 1/2 and inch. Which is why I have SP perches on the way to regain my "rake."
