Garage Light indicator busted?

So i have the green garage door opener light under my rear view mirror and i think the bulb popped. problem is.. i need to set up my homelink and i don't know whether its blinking or whatever. Is there an easy fix? and is this covered by warranty? thanks in advance!

It should be covered by warranty.
