DIY Speakers upgrade !

Guys ! For those of you wanted to upgrade the OEM speakers. Throw away the OEM rubbish speakers. Aftermarket speakers like the Infinity will make the sound 100x better. Vocal will sound more clearer and sound frequency can go higher due to the separate tweeter.

Here is the DIY. I spend 3 hours of installing, nothing is hard !

yes, they fit in perfectly. They look tall but the speakers depth is only 48mm whereas the car allow up to 55mm depth.

sub not install yet. I haven't got time to find a Tox driver i need. But i will do it in the couples of days.

The infinity sound very nice...alot better than stock and you don't have to spend huge money on the amp and deck upgrade.

I'm very happy with the Infinity !

One more question! Ive seen that the Infinity have bass sound coming from the actual speakers. Does this make the subs under the seats not heareable? I wonder how would it sound, for some reason the stock speakers dont hae bass sound coming from them, maybe because it was designed fo better sound by isolating the bass sound only to come from below instead of the sides, for better sound?

the infinity does have some midbass. but they are not as low frequency as the sub under ur seat. U still can hear the bass coming from under the seat rather than from the 4 infinity. But once you have then installed u will instantly hear the treble improvement especially the vocal will become cleaner & clearer

I'm assuming the factory amp has enough power to push these? I want to do the same thing with my car, but don't know if its better to add a small amp.

sorry, In Australia we don't get an amp come with the car. So the speakers are purely power by the head unit.

Other than the actual NUMBER of speakers, is the HiFi Pro Logic7 any different in terms of amps, quality of speakers used etc.?
