How accurate is Cobb AP live data monitor
Curious as to how accurate the live boost reading is on the Cobb AP?. On Stock map i've seen up to 9.4 psi and on 91 map 19.2 psi. I think those peak readings are more of a spike (throttle closure?) then sustained.
Any inputs from the resident experts ? * Car is stock 6mt E92 N54 |

That is a spike, not sustained. One other thing to mention, a lot of that number has to do with where the measurement is taken.
Ironically, since I installed my Stett CAI and ER FMIC, I see spike boost of high 14's low 15's with sustained numbers in the mid to high 13's on the 93 octane maps. (I used to show spikes up in the 19 to 21 ranges.) |
