Radio/iPod issue

Hey guys, basically I have two iPod's, iPod A and iPod B. When iPod B is plugged in, the music from iPod B and iPod A shows up, but when iPod A is plugged in, it shows the iPod A library twice instead of showing A and B. Any idea as to why this is happening? Thanks in advance.
